Train Ticket desks at Estació Nord, Valencia
On arriving at Estació Nord you may feel slightly confused by the ticket options at the station. It is important to remember that you will need to buy your tickets from different points in the station depending on where you are travelling to and how long your journey is.

Information desk at Estació Nord, Valencia
If you have any doubts or queries about what tickets to buy, where to buy then from, train times or station facilities you should head to the information point. Station Information is located at the right of the entrance in the lobby area of the station building. The desk sits in its own room behind glass doors and windows, next to the customer service office.

Customer service at Valencia Station
If you would like to raise an issue in relation to the services at the station or on the trains, you will need to head to the customer service desk (if you have a query about train times, platforms or station facilities you should go to the station information desk - see above). The customer service office is located next to the information office, on your right as you enter the station building. It sits behind large glass doors.

Tourist Information at Estació Nord, Valencia
On arriving at the station in Valencia you may want to find out some information about attractions that are in the city. You may also need some help in finding accommodation, organising public transport or finding your way around the city. Luckily there is a tourist information desk located in the main station building. On leaving the platforms you will see the tourist information office to your left.

Sunday and Public Holiday: 10:00 – 14:00
Where can I eat at Estació Nord, Valencia?
Throughout Estació Nord train station you will find places to grab a bite to eat at the beginning or end of your journey.
On platform 6 of the station there is a Pans and Company (fast food sandwich shop).
On platform 6 you will also find the station's largest place to eat - the Cafeteria/ Cerveceria. Here you can either buy sandwiches and cold food from the bar or you can go to the self service part of the restaurant where canteen style food is served.
If you are looking for a snack to buy on the hop, you will also find a small Pans and Company sandwich stall in the main station building and a bakery called 'Suprem' in the shopping area of the station (see below for more details).

The restaurant opening times vary. The Cafeteria/ Cerveceria has the longest opening hours.

Shops at Estació Nord, Valencia
Estació Nord is a large station and it is dotted with a wide variety of shops: an official Valencia FC merchandise store, mobile phone shops (Vodafone and Movistar), a pharmacy, souvenir shops, newsagents and perfume shops.
You will find most of the station's shops in an area called 'Las Tiendas de Estacion' (the shops of the station). This area is to the left of the main station building as you exit the platforms.

Car hire at Estació Nord
There are three car hire companies that operate at Estació Nord: Avis, Europcar and Enterprise. The offices are all located next to each other at the back right of the main station building when exiting the platforms. They sit next to the Natura shop.

Parking at Estació Nord
You will find a car park outside the Estació Nord station building. It sits to the right of the building as you face the station building. It is open 24 hours. You can pay for the parking at cash machines that sit around the edge of the car park. The machines accept coins, notes and cards.

VIP Lounge at Estació Nord
There is a VIP lounge at Estació Nord station called the Sala Club. It is located in the main station building, just to your left as you are exiting platform 1. To find out whether you are entitled to access to the Sala Club you will need to check on booking your tickets or ask at Customer services (see details above).

Is there a metro at Estació Nord, Valencia?
There is a metro station that sits directly outside Estació Nord station. It is called Xativa - when you exit the station through the main doors, you will see the sign for the metro at the other side of the iron gates that lead you out of the station area.

Estació Nord is Valencia's largest train station. If you are coming in or out of the city, you are likely to pass it in your travels. Buying train tickets there can be slightly confusing. However, if you use our guide to the trains at Valencia station (see the link above), you should have no problems. The station is well-equipped with restaurants, shops and other facilities, whilst remaining small enough to find your way around easily.
